Terms and condition of M+M Framing Ltd 


This is a B2B site, all prices (including delivery charges) DO NOT include vat. The company reserves the right to amend prices at our discretion.


UK minimum order

£100.00 – excluding delivery charge


UK delivery charges

£7.95 – on orders between £100.00 and £199.99

Free – on orders of £200.00 and over

Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Wight and to Northern Ireland are subject to different delivery charges. Please see below:


Northern Ireland delivery charges

£20 – Order value up to £200.00

£35 – Order value between £200-400

£50 – Order value between £400-1000

Free – Order value £1000+


Highlands of Scotland and Isle of Wight delivery charges

£15 – Order value up to £200.00

£20 – Order value between £200-400

£30 – Order value between £400-1000

Free – Order value £1000+


Order value discounts

5% – on orders £250.00 and over

10% – on orders £500.00 and over

15% – on orders £750.00 and over

20% – on orders £1000.00 and over

(Only one discount can be applied to each order)


Account payment terms (if applicable)

Payment is strictly 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed; non-payment may result in suspension of deliveries. Credit limit will be at the discretion of the company subject to trade references.


Damaged, shortages, and lost goods

If clearly your goods arrive in a poor condition please do not sign for them, refuse delivery and inform us straight away.

You must inform us within 3 days of receipt of goods as to shortages/damages, by phone or email. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged items to help us see any product issues.

For any damages and/or shortages a credit/refund will be served. Replacements cannot be given, unless in extreme/certain circumstances and completely at our discretion.

We always try our very best to ensure your order arrives correctly and in good condition. However mistakes can be made and for this we apologise.

Unfortunately damages or missing frames cannot be replaced. This is a costly and time consuming process and doesn’t help us be able offer the best prices we can.

Retention of title

Ownership of the goods does not pass to the customer until payment is made in full. Risk of the goods passes to the customer (purchaser) upon delivery.


Returns / refund policy

  • This is a business to business (B2B) selling site and therefore are exempt from the Consumer Contracts (formerly Distance Selling) regulations.
  • Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds except for faulty or damaged goods, please see above for details.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.
